Trails
Walking the trails of Bronte Creek Provincial Park is an excellent way to explore the park and see all of its unique natural landscapes and wildlife. On the day use side of the park you will find four nature trails and many kilometres of connecting footpaths to explore. The campground side offers two nature trails that cover the varied habitats near the campground. Each season brings with it a new reason to visit, so get out there - hike, bike,walk, roller blade or ski - many are wheelchair accessible
Day Use Trails
Trillium Trail -1 km
Trailhead is located behind the barns of Spruce Lane Farm (Lot F). Take a stroll and see the forest floor carpeted with white trilliums. The best place in the park to see spring wild flowers and catch the breathtaking glimpse of the valley floor. Wheelchair and stroller friendly. Please call park office for the latest update on the status of the trillium. Please note closest parking access to this trail (Lot F) is closed during winter months.
Logging Trail - 0.6 km
A short connecting trail that runs from the grey picnic shelter to the ravine trail.
Half Moon Valley Trail - 2 km
Trailhead located minutes from Spruce Lane Farm (Lot F). This trail takes you directly to the creek for fishing and where you can explore the Bronte Creek valley and the park's early history. It includes some steep climbs, a set of stairs and may not be suitable for disabled visitors. There is an mp3 self guided tour available for this trail. Lookout Ravine Trail - 2.7 km
This linear path meanders along the top of the valley between Spruce Lane Farm and the picnic area by Parking Lot A. Access to this trail is via either Lot A or Lot F. The perfect trail to see the vibrant colours of leaves during peak Autumn season.
Maidens Blush Trail - 1 km
The trailhead is north of the Childrens playground (Lot C). This paved trail winds through mature forest and is suitable for walking, roller blading and cycling. This trail is wheelchair accessible.
Campground Trails
Field and Forest Trail / Gateway Trail- 3.5 km
There are a variety of access points: campground office parking lot or amphitheatre parking lot. Meander through grassy fields, forest edges and lush ravine habitat to experience the diversity of Bronte Creek.

- Stay on established paths
- Carry out all garbage or dispose in receptacles provided by park
- Do not pick any flowers or plants
- Keep pets leashed at all times
