Careers with Ontario Parks

 

Want to help your students look for a summer job or life-long career? Ontario Parks has many opportunities across Ontario to gain valuable work experience, develop new skills and create lasting memories. Have an Ontario Parks staff member come to your classroom to discuss with students the different job opportunities available, what to expect from summer employment, tips and tricks, and how to apply.

 

Duration: 45 minutes

Capacity: 1 class; up to 30 students

What to expect: An Ontario Parks staff member will present some information about the Ontario Parks system, job opportunities, and how to apply through a PowerPoint presentation. There will be time throughout the presentation to ask questions and have class discussions about the application process, job types, and more.

This program is best suited for a space where a projector is available.
